The rx-8 has brought much shame to the rx family - at least amongst performance oriented enthusiasts; and it is time to bring back the glory. Immersed in the thought of a new Rx-7 I got on my computer (actually I was already on my computer) and searched, and searched. I ran in to a couple sources but like a doctor telling you that you are going to die, I needed a second, third and fourth opinion. You see, the few sources I came across spoke blasphemous words of electric motor and 2+2 seating on a Mazda 5 platform. How can this be? This is worse than bringing a hot chick home from the bar only to find out she is a dude (I do not speak from experience).
