The best Car service I have ever received was definitely not at this place.
Over the weekend I installed my stock suspension. Considering I didn't have any air tools at my disposal, everything went as smooth as it could have gone. When we were done, (I had a friend help me out, thanks Shaun), my alignment was so far off; To the point where it was not drivable. Basically my front wheels looked like this \. It was late and I didn't feel like adjusting my toe, I wanted to go hang out and have a beer, so I left my car at my friends over night. The next day I went back and adjust my toe so I could drive it to get it aligned. Adjusting your toe is a simple process; you loosen the lock nut that locks your outer and inner tie rod together, then you turn the inner tie rod. I did this till the wheels where aligned enough to drive the car. The important thing to note here is that I adjusted my toe by turning the tie rod.
I then drove the car to a fairly reputable tire shop to align my car within specs. I left to go run some errands. When I returned, 45 minutes later, they were still working on the same wheel they were working on when I left. Immediately I knew something was wrong. I walked up to the tech and he tells me he can't turn my tie rod. Hmmm... that's interesting, I was able to turn it an hour ago. I look down at his tools and I don't see a wrench, I see channel locks. This might not have been a big deal since it is pretty common to use channel locks to turn tie rods, but then I peaked inside my wheel well to see what was going on and - holy *hit; the wheel is off, the tie rod end is detached from the suspension and tie rod has been stripped down to a round, semi-smooth, debauchery. At this point the manager comes over to diagnose the problem. He looks at it for a little while and decides to whip out a pipe wrench. Are you serious?

Three hours later they get my car aligned in spec and take it out for a test drive. Upon returning to the parking lot I notice something hanging off one of my lug nuts. What could that be, I thought to myself? I walk in to take a closer look and what do you know it's my wheel lock key dangling off my wheel lock. I guess it want to go along for the ride. Lucky for me it likes my car and did everything it could not to slip off the wheel during the test drive.
Knowing that the tie rod was detached from the suspension I followed up with some questions:
Me: "Did you tighten the tie rod nut?"
Me: "Did you put the cotter pin back in place"
Them: "Oh, um... that was the next thing we were going to do."
Really, the next thing you were going to do? Why don't you just wait until I leave and then you can mail me one to put on! Aren't you supposed to do that before you put the wheel back on and before you test drive the car?
This was easily in the top 3 worst services me and my car have received.
